Booking Procedure
Step 1 - Yacht Request Form
Please complete our Yacht request form in full, giving us your full name and your preferred form of contact. Your first, second and third choice preferred type / size of the yacht, and the dates that you are interested in, the number of passengers, and any special requests that you might have at this stage.
Otherwise, you can email us with the necessary details if that suites you more.
Step 2 - Option
Immediately upon the receipt of your charter request form we will ascertain the availability of the yachts that you have requested and get back to you immediately. Once you have been informed about available yachts and prices and are interested, please inform us as soon as possible so that we may reserve your yacht under “option” for a maximum period of 7 days. This means that the boat is blocked for you for 1 week.
Step 3 – Booking Confirmation
Before the "option" period expires you must send us a bank draft for 50% of the total amount and fax or e-mail us a copy of the receipt. On receiving your booking confirmation we will send you 5 - signed copies of the Charter Agreement. You will need to sign these and send 4 back to us. Your copy, together with your down payment receipt becomes your booking confirmation. Your booking is now complete.
If the "option" period has already expired upon receipt of your deposit, we will make every effort to find the same or similar yacht that meets with your approval.
Once you have booked your yacht charter for your sailing vacation, you will have the time to conclude your vacation details. Please contact us if you require help with this. We can provide many services in order to make you sailing vacation in Greece, as hassle free and enjoyable as possible.
Transfers
We are happy to cover and provide one transport from the Athens International El. Venizelos Airpot (LINK) to the Marina of Kalamaki per yacht/per group.
During this period we will require from you the following information
• Crew list (full names, dates of birth, contact info)
• Arrival information (day, time, flight, airport, etc)
• Copies of sailing Licenses or Certificates
• Orders for any extras needed (to be paid for at check in)
Final payment
The 50% balance has to be paid 60 days prior to your departure.
Refundable deposit guarantee
You are required to leave a security deposit guarantee prior to embarkation in case of any damage to the yacht or loss of equipment. This will not be above 1500 euro, depending on the type of chartered boat. The security deposit is returned to you once the yacht has been returned at the pre agreed time and place, and checked to be in the same condition, that it was handed over to you. Any minor damages shall be deducted from this deposit.
Cancellation
The cancellation fees are based on the period of time between the date of cancellation and the departure date.
90 days or more: 300 euros is retained to cover administration and chartering procedural fees
89 – 60 days prior to embarkation: 30% of the total charter fees are retained
59 – 30 days prior to embarkation: 50% of the total charter fees are retained
29 – 0 days prior to embarkation: 100% of the total charter fees are retained
